Summer Solstice Gathering 2025
June 19, 2025

A Solstice Like No Other
A place to gather. A place to belong. A place to co-create the future.
📍 June 19-22, 2025 | Highland Lake Cove, NC
This is an invitation to those who carry questions about how we might live differently – together.
Highland Lake Cove isn't merely a backdrop for our gathering. It's a living testament to what becomes possible when land and people weave their stories together with care.
Over four days, we'll share meals cooked with intention, walk forest paths in conversation, sit in circle with elders whose hands have shaped communities before us, and make space for the quiet wisdom of children.
This isn't a workshop or a conference. It's a threshold crossing. A chance to feel what real belonging tastes like when we remove the barriers between our public and private selves.
What awaits you:
- Dawn movement practices by the lake
- Meals prepared and shared as ceremony
- Conversations that cut through the noise of our times
- Nights of music, story, and starlight
- The rare gift of multi-generational presence
We believe the most powerful learning happens when knowledge travels horizontally – from person to person – rather than from stage to audience.
Come as you are. Bring what you know. Leave changed.
Accommodation to be self-organized. Suggestions provided upon registration.

The Rhythm of Return: Building Sangha
In a world of polarization, disconnection, and transactional relationships, we are building something different. Something enduring.
When we gather once, something beautiful happens. When we return season after season, we create Sangha – a community bound by intention and genuine connection.
This gathering stands as quiet resistance to the currents that pull us apart.
In our Sangha, young voices grow stronger. Elder insights find new soil. Conversations deepen through seasons.
Each summer, this circle widens—not as numbers to count, but as a living ecosystem of relationships that witness each other's becoming.
Come join what's growing at Highland Lake. Return home changed.
